Payments will be made strictly through paypal via invoices and will be paid in USD.

I do not accept refunds and would prefer you come and talk to me if any problem occurs. Forcing a chargeback will result in a permanent ban.

Backing out on an offer (before payment is sent) will not result in blacklisting so long as you communicate with me and have a valid reason why you can no longer claim the adopt. Ghosting me, however, will result in a block and will no longer be allowed to claim or own my adopts.

I don't tend to accept holds, but you're free to ask!

For some adopts: Payment plans are available for offers over $100, with a discussed downpayment. Downpayment is nonrefundable!

I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I have accepted your commission/offer AND have asked for payment.

You're welcome to edit the design however you please once you've purchased it and have been transferred to you. Both major and minor edits are fully up to you!

You may not edit my original art and must credit my art when posted elsewhere.

No commercial use.

Please save a copy of your adopt just in case I have to remove the original file from stash. Contact me if you need another copy.

You're fully welcome to gift, trade, or resell! If the new owner is not on toyhouse, please keep me informed.

You may only resell designs for the price you put toward the design (i.e. original price, commissions, and/or trade value)

Don't clone, reupload or split redesigns/adopts from their original forms. Split designs can not be sold/traded separately.

Don't tokenize or make my art into an NFT (nonfungible token) This includes any blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

I reserve the right to decline any bid/offer due to any personal reason I see fit

The artwork is for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.

I reserve the right to post your finished commission to my socials unless specifically asked not to.

You are NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

I reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your commission for any reason.

The art I create for clients cannot be used by you nor your partners for training an AI. This applies to adopts as well.
